Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964 in New York New York U.S.A. She is an American actor who has a reputation for playing strong but vulnerable character. Linney was raised in an actor's family, as her father Romulus Linney is a playwright. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. She appeared on Broadway for the first time in 1990.
