
Brooke Vincent, born in Manchester on June 22, 1992. When she became bored of her dancing and swimming lessons, she decided that she would like to be an actor as a child at the age of seven. She enrolled with Laine Management. Her debut came on television in 2002 when she played Casey Glass, in League of Gentleman. When Emma Woodward, the previous actor on Coronation Street decided to leave the show, Brooke was asked to audition for the role of Sophie Webster. Brooke was chosen for the role making her debut on May 12, 2004. Brooke went to Fairfield High School for Girls then went on to study drama at college in Manchester. In addition to her part of a regular character on Coronation Street, Brooke got the opportunity to work on a Saturday in an area hairdresser. In an interview in 2009 with This Morning, Brooke said she was happy with her job however, she was not permitted to answer phones since she was a typical voice!
